Art prints will be shipped within 1 week, and scarves within 2 weeks.

International shipping is available to most countries worldwide. Delivery typically takes 10–15 working days, depending on the destination and local customs processing times.

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email so you can follow your parcel’s journey. Please note that delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, or unforeseen courier delays.

International Duties & Taxes
For international orders, please be aware that any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country are the responsibility of the recipient.

Self Pick-Up & Local Delivery
If you prefer self pick-up or local delivery (Grab or Lalamove), this option is available within Selangor and Kuala Lumpur. Please leave a note at checkout.

You may arrange your own local delivery. Please note that any delivery charges will be borne by the customer.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your order so that I can arrange a replacement for you.
