Order
- All artworks are sold without frame. Additional charges for frame request.
- All orders are fully customised hence quotation for each order varies.
- Feel free to add a short message on the complementary greeting card limited to maximum 20 words.
- There will be a total of 2 times of revisions allowed before the artwork is finalised. Extra charges will be required for major changes.
Delivery
- Final price quoted without delivery fees.
- Self pick up available by appointment OR delivery (Price to be advised). Date/time of arrival will depend on the delivery service.
- Each order will take approximately 14-21 working days from the date of confirmed order including artwork preparation to shipment.
Payment
- Upon confirmation, 50% of the final quoted price will be required as deposit in order to proceed for each order.
- Full payment must be made upon artwork collection or artwork delivery.
- Each artwork is specially crafted for you and it is uniquely yours. Therefore it is non-refundable.
